Ok,when you have all the traits,you must know what is weak,strong,max...
Weak
HP: < 105
SP: < 55
EA: < 55
PA: < 55
ED: < 57
PD: < 57

HP: 111 - 115
SP: 61 - 65
EA: 61 - 69
PA: 61 - 69
ED: 70 - 75
PD: 70 - 75

Strong
HP: 121 - 125
SP: 71 - 75
EA: 76 - 80
PA: 76 - 80
ED: 81 - 90
PD: 81 - 90

Max
HP: 131 - 140
SP: 81 - 85
EA: 86 - 90

ED: 96 - 100

HP: 146 - 150
SP: 91 - 95

When you know this,you can rate it easly..
Example:
This Dark Viperd(rate without relics) is good,i give him 9,5/10
Hp: semi-elite
Spd: weak
Ea: semi-elite
Pa: weak
Ed: semi-mod
Pp: semi-max
